The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 2006 and is furnished in the typical local style. The property is situated in a residential area. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its sunny hillside location. Available for shared use: sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, and garden furniture. Large summer kitchen with coffee machine (free coffee), electric stove, and dishwasher. Bicycle storage room.

Crikvenica. The holiday apartment is located on an open plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Holiday apartments KVA CRI 311, 313, 314, 316, 317, 319, and 320 (each for 5 people) and holiday apartments KVA CRI 312, 315, and 318 (each for 3 people) are located in the same house. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 15 cars) on the property.
