The kitchen offers a view of the terrace with direct access to it. Adjacent to the kitchen is a practical utility room with a washing machine and ironing facilities. First Floor: The upper floor consists of two smaller residential units that provide extra privacy.
Each unit has its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and seating area.
The larger unit also includes a sofa bed, suitable for one additional guest. Outdoor Space and Parking The exterior is designed for maximum relaxation: Experience the perfect blend of coastal elegance and modern comfort.
