Villa Hedera XXI is a stylish and comfortable two-bedroom villa located in the peaceful village of Orašac, just a short drive from Dubrovnik.
Designed for up to 4 guests, the villa offers modern amenities, privacy, and beautiful sea views — ideal for a relaxing holiday away from the crowds. The interior features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and two spacious bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private pool, sun loungers, and an outdoor lounge and dining area with views of the Adriatic Sea. Optional Combination: Villa Hedera XXI can be rented on its own or combined with the neighboring Villa Hedera XXII, forming Villa Hedera XXIV – a spacious estate accommodating up to 12 guests with two private pools, ideal for larger families or groups. Villa Hedera XXI sleeps 4 guests. Pets are welcome with an additional charge of 10 € per pet per day.
