That's exactly what you'll get if you choose this house for your vacation.
Located in Žman on Dugi otok, this vacation home is designed for 8 people.
Pets are allowed, and if you're coming with a group of friends and want to organize a party, you can do that too. The interior of this one-story house is 100 m². Upon entering the house, you will be greeted by a relaxation and dining area consisting of a living room, kitchen and dining room.
In the living room you will find a sofa and 2 armchairs, as well as the indispensable TV ( if you ever find the time to watch it, given all the beauty that awaits you on your doorstep). The kitchen is fully-equipped for preparing a variety of meals, and while you cook you can enjoy the sea view.
Well, that's the real deal, isn't it? You will have the same view from the dining room, and a few steps away you will find yourself on the outdoor terrace.
All rooms are air conditioned. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1 bedroom has a double bed and 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds.
The bathrooms are equipped with shower cabins, towels and toiletries. Now let's get to the important thing - the outdoor area.
The house is surrounded by a 750 m² garden where you will be greeted by 2 terraces.
On the terrace next to the house there is a heated swimming pool with sun loungers, and since the terrace is elevated, you will be able to enjoy an unobstructed view of the sea. In front of the house there is another terrace where you will find an outdoor dining area and a lounge area.
And all this just a few steps away from the private beach where a boat is anchored that you can rent to explore the surrounding towns and islands. If we had to recommend one island to visit, it would be Dugi otok.
In addition to the mega-popular Sakarun Beach, which is why this island is often called the Croatian Maldives, there are countless other beautiful places and natural attractions that will be indelibly etched in your memory.

We liked this modern house very much. Right on the seashore with breathtaking view from the terrace. Location is quiet, the house is clean and comfortable, the sea is clean, we had private beach. The neighbours also were very friendly and helpful :). \nThere are pretty islands in the nearby to visit by motorboat.

Wonderful place to disconnect. Amazing views direct from the terrace. Ivor was very kind with us, he let us check a bit later because I didn't realise that the check out was at 9am. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place.
