Situated on the outskirts of the small village of Juricani, near Umag in Istria, this charming holiday home was originally built in 1920 and underwent significant renovations in 2004, transforming it into a delightful blend of tradition and modernity. Nestled away from bustling resorts, Casa Oliva offers a peaceful retreat to explore the beautiful Istrian countryside.
Approximately 20 meters from the neighboring villa (Casa Peronospora), this detached villa is set in its well-kept gardens. The spacious lounge/dining area downstairs is comfortably furnished, featuring a dining table and chairs for relaxed meals with family and friends.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Villa Oliva. Andrea hat uns herzlich empfangen und bei Fragen sehr schnell reagiert. In dem Haus fühlt man sich gleich wohl, es ist innen und außen wirklich schön und es hat alles was man braucht.
Auch ist es nicht weit zum Einkaufen und zum Meer.
Der Pool war super sauber und gepflegt.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder!!
