Villa Stone House is located in the village of Čepljani, in the interior of Istria.
This stone villa was built in 1918 and completely renovated in 2022. Now it is a modern house in a row, equipped with modern furniture and appliances, with comfortable rooms and a well-kept garden with an outdoor pool.
It can accommodate 6 guests and is happy to accommodate pets. The interior of the villa is 100 m² and consists of 3 floors.
On the ground floor there is a modern, bright and pleasant space for relaxing and dining.
It consists of a living room with TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen in a modern rustic style.
The kitchen has everything you might need to prepare meals, make coffee and wash dishes.
There is also a guest toilet and washing machine on the ground floor. There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors of the villa.
On the 1st floor there is a room with a double bed, TV and private bathroom, while on the 2nd floor there are 2 rooms that share a bathroom.
The bathrooms are equipped with a shower cabin and personal hygiene products. In the courtyard of the villa, on one side, you will find a swimming pool with deckchairs and several relaxation areas.
On the other side there is an outdoor dining area and barbecue.
Whichever option you choose - swimming and sunbathing or relaxing in the shade - you will have the opportunity to do so in a beautiful Mediterranean environment. While staying at the villa, you should also explore the surrounding area.
Although it is located in a smaller place, everything important is within a 10 minute drive.
The town of Umag - 10 minutes away, the first beach - 5 minutes away, the winery - 10 minutes away.
