House K-14697 offers a comfortable stay for up to 8 guests in Rab, on the Rab Riviera in the Kvarner region. With 84 m² of interior space and a 20 m² terrace overlooking the sea, you have plenty of room to relax and enjoy the view. The house features four bedrooms, air conditioning in the dining room (included in the price), standard Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a laundry machine. The kitchen is equipped with basic kitchenware, an electric kettle, and a coffee machine, making meal preparation easy. Pets are welcome for an additional charge. The host can communicate with you in German, English, Spanish, Italian, and Croatian, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience during your stay.

Location is fantastik, house is spacious and the view is breathtaking. The host is most kind. It was very disappointing that air conditioning was available only in the dining area, not in the bedrooms and the parking option was literally outside of the town 10-15minutes walk. When you filter for an air conditioned apartment with parking space you definiely not want this.
