Situated on the upper floor, the apartment comprises two levels: the first level comprises a kitchen with a living area, a bathroom, and a terrace with stunning sea views.
Internal stairs lead to the upper level, where the second bedroom and a separate toilet are located.
The apartment has three air conditioning units (one in each bedroom and one in the kitchen/living area). The kitchen is fully equipped.
Amenities include Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV. Guests are welcome to use the garden surrounding the house and the barbecue.

The house is located in the popular holiday resort of Nerezine on the island of Lošinj. Nerezine is a lively place with great mountain scenery on the island of Lošinj. On the island of Lošinj you can adopt and name a bottlenose dolphin. The island has around 2600 hours of sunshine. There are no poisonous snakes on the islands of Lošinj and Cres. There are over 250 km of walking and forest paths on 5 islands. About 1200 plant species have been registered in the area of the Cres-Lošinj archipelago. The predominantly green island with its many bays owes its subtropical-looking vegetation to many generations of sailors who brought numerous exotic plants home as souvenirs from distant countries and created parks with palm trees, agaves, oleanders and orange trees. The idyllic fishing village of Nerezine is a popular holiday resort for boat owners and nature lovers, who can start from here on exciting tours across the island. The center of the tourist infrastructure is also located along the harbor promenade, which leaves nothing to be desired with a shopping center with a supermarket, restaurants and cafes. If you prefer something quieter and more authentic, you will find a picturesque, typical island flair in the old village center with the main square, reminiscent of an Italian piazza and surrounded by old trees, which the cafés and pleasantly shaded benches add even more charm.
