The charming stone Villa Vera is located in the small village of Kastelir near beautiful beaches and the town of Porec. This villa can accommodate up to 8 guests. Thanks to its great location, Villa Vera offers its guests a beautiful sea view. At the same time, the villa has a private pool for unforgettable moments with family and friends!
The villa is spread over two floors. On the lower floor there is an open-plan cooking and dining area, which flows seamlessly into the cozy, warm living area, as well as a separate toilet and a bedroom with a double bed. There is also a table football table for your entertainment. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms with double beds, two of which have access to the balcony, a bathroom and a toilet.
The private pool in the garden will quickly become a favorite spot for all guests, as it is perfect for splashing around with friends and family as well as cooling off and relaxing. The terrace also has an open dining area for 10 people, a cozy modern hanging chair and a fireplace. The outdoor area of Villa Vera is perfect for all guests who want to enjoy the embrace of the Istrian sun for as long as possibleThe villa is located in a charming village called Kastelir. Super Haus mit mega Ausblick auf die Adria, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, im Haus war alles vorhanden was man benötigt, der Pool war toll für die Kinder, schönes Örtchen zum Entspannen ... Wir kommen sehr gern wieder 👍

Meget dejligt hus, god pool og med en flot udsigt. Huset har det hele. Eneste lille minus er at pool’en dog godt kunne renses en gang i løbet af ugen, da den var beskidt sidst på ugen.
