Situated in the middle of the beautiful Istrian countryside and surrounded by untouched nature, Villa Tomani in Krmed will undoubtedly enchant you. This stone villa has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room where vintage furnishings and wooden beams create a warm atmosphere.
The living room is connected to the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen, where you will find all the kitchen appliances you might need on vacation.
On the first floor you will also find a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, while further bedrooms are located on the second floor.
The outdoor area is also impressive: imagine taking a dip in the inviting pool or soaking up the warm sun on the sun loungers, surrounded by the large, carefully tended garden.
If you like barbecuing, there is a summer kitchen with barbecue in the garden.
To complete the experience, you can dine al fresco while enjoying the magnificent view.Istria is truly one of the most beautiful regions of Croatia with rolling hills with beautiful views of green fields and valleys, as well as small hilltop towns reminiscent of the magic of the past.
The picturesque town of Bale, located at an altitude of 140 meters above sea level, has deep roots dating back to Roman times.
Thanks to its breathtaking views of the countryside, preserved narrow streets, medieval monuments and exquisite cuisine, Bale stands out. Bale also has an average of over 2400 hours of sunshine a year, which attracts a large number of tourists to the town.
Only 20 minutes drive from Bale you will find Rovinj - once a small fishing village, today the most romantic town in Istria.
The town is dominated by the baroque church of St. Euphemia.
Don't miss to climb its 60-meter tower and enjoy the view of rooftops, streets and squares, as well as the breathtaking Adriatic Sea, harbor and marina.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in der Villa Tomani. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden- toll der grosse Kühlschrank. Der Garten und das gesamte Haus sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Übergabe und Abreise top. Wir können das Haus weiter empfehlen.
Wenn es sich mal anbietet, dann kommen wir wieder ;-)

ACHTUNG: Es fällt eine ortsübliche Kaution beim Check-In an. Davon wurde ich vorab nicht informiert, weswegen das Bargeld fast zu knapp war. In der Pflicht zur transparenten Darstellung sehe ich hier aber in erster Linie den Website Betreiber holidu.de (Es gibt nur Hinweise, nicht aber eine Information über die Höhe der Bar-Kaution). Unsere Vermieterin Kristina war hier sehr zuvorkommend!

Wir hatten mit den Kindern und Enkeln eine sehr schöne Woche im Haus Tomani. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In jedem Zimmer ein TV, nur keine deutschsprachigen Sender, aber im Urlaub braucht man das auch nicht. Die Vögel haben die obere Terra...
