For a completely relaxed and pleasurable holiday, you need a few indispensable ingredients, which - similar to a culinary dish that only tastes good if the composition of the ingredients is right - simply belong.
Granted: That the sun shines from the sky as picturesquely as in these photos is not entirely up to us. But the Villa "E", which is located near the sea, is perfectly equipped for the rest.
A little bit of a maritime feeling is actually already coming up when you enter the area, which is decorated with lawn, gravel and stylish floor tiles.
In terms of beach bar style, the daybed casually claims a top view spot by the pool and competes with the lounge chairs that occupy a seating niche a few metres further and two steps higher.
For all of you who like to feast in the open air, the beautiful dining table in the covered terrace area is waiting.
Whether for breakfast, for a fresh snack in between or for an extensive barbecue session (barbecue and outdoor kitchen available!) in the evening - this should at least become your favourite place no. 2 - with an enchanting view of the green and the mountains, and also of the chic pool area in front of it. The inviting 110 sqm interior of the house is particularly clever and at the same time super charming.
On closer inspection, it turns out to be much more than just a holiday home: light-coloured walls versus anthracite-coloured floors, wooden elements in the room and on the ceilings, modern accessories reminiscent of the industrial look combined with country house chic create a timeless magic here, which is particularly attractive due to its courage to make sometimes unconventional arrangements.
With the exception of bedrooms and bathrooms, almost everything is in one room, so that you can spend time together, but also avoid each other in other areas of the house.
The cosy living-/dining and kitchen area with its direct exit to the terrace perfectly connects the outside with the inside.
The kitchen: modern and open - and of course fully equipped with all the essentials that are essential for a self-catering holiday.
On the sofas next door you can stretch your legs in between, at the cosy table you can simply eat indoors when the mood or weather calls for it. For relaxing nights, there is a bedroom (double bed) with en-suite bathroom, as well as a second bedroom (double bed) and a four-bed room with two bunk beds (120x200 cm below, 80x200 cm above), in which the little ones are guaranteed to feel at home.
A further aesthetic bathroom with shower completes the living comfort of this attractive villa.

A relaxed and calm family holiday? Our beautiful newly built villa "E" makes exactly that possible! With a closed property and its own children's room, it proves to be a particularly solid family area. Here you can really let it go! The great equipment details and the proximity to the beautiful beaches of the west coast are not to be despised either. The famous town of Umag and the surrounding beaches are only a few minutes away by car, the nearest airport in Pula (PUY) is only an hour away!
