This charming and modern apartmant is about 50 square meters large, equiped with everything you need for your vacation. It's perfect for families with children. The apartmant is on a great location - Boasting a balcony in centar of Zadar City.
It's situated in the first floor apartment builing. It can accomodate 4 guests in two bedrooms. One bedroom with one double bed (1,4x2m), and second bedrom with one double bed (1.8x2m).
Apartment features one bathroom with toilette and shower, one guest toilette, a spacious kitchen with modern appliances and cozy living room with large sofa.
A/C, WiFi, SAT TV and other great features are free to use to all guests of this apartment.
There is also a public parking area for 2,00EUR per hour.
There is plenty of enternaiment for young and old people. The town of Zadar is about 10 min walk distance, and it is one of the most beautiful cities in the Adriatic coast. The National park of Paklenica is an hour away, as is the national park of Krka- and I higly reccomend you visit. We are looking forward to your visit!

- For visits lasting longer than 7 days, we change the bedroom sheets and bathroom towels every 7 days.
- Pets are not allowed!
- Baby bed or a baby chair can't be provided.
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00, please be respectfull of this!
- No parties, loud music or friends coming over from other apartments in the area.

The location is the best for the price! It's not in the heart of the old town, but very close by, within a comfortable walking distance. There's a lot of cafeterias and bakeries, and Tommy supermarket grocery store.
The rooms are spacious. Another best thing is - two toilets!
The windows didn't let any outdoor noise in.
The apartment was very clean.

Die Lage ist einwandfrei. Alles ist bequem Fußläufig erreichbar:
Einkaufszentrum, Bäckerei, Imbiss und Cafes. Der Strand ist in 10 Minuten locker zu erreichen.
Parkt man einige Querstraßen weiter- umgeht man die Parkplatzgebühren.

I recommend this apartment's host. He's a very positive person, and he'll answer any questions regarding check-in. Check-in was very easy thanks to the instructions provided by the owner! The location is convenient for Zadar's old town. I highly recommend it!
