Beach Villa Sea Edge is spacious, modern and elegant and it provides unique serenity overlooking the calm blue waters of the sea at your doorstep from each one of its three terraces. Common areas are welcoming and bright with plenty of seating while the top floor is a self-sustained apartment offering an additional kitchen plus a living room and is ideal for those opting for extra privacy. Outdoor pool, with optional heating, is surrounded by sun loungers and aromatic dalmatian flora. Al-fresco dining as well as barbecue facilities are provided for your enjoyment and a comfortable covered seating lounge offers splendid views of the sea and is a great spot to enjoy sunsets.
With five bedrooms 10 adult guests are comfortably accommodated.
Sevid is a small tranquil town on the Dalmatian coast ideal for enjoying clear blue waters of the Adriatic away from the crowded tourist destinations. Here, the locals spend their time producing olive oil, goats cheese and preserving anchovies. The cuisine is rich in fresh seafood, olives and delicious Malvasian wine. From here take an easy excursion to the nearby islands and visit a UNESCO World Heritage proclaimed Old Town Trogir.
For transparency: please account for 500 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection.

Andressa, who met us at our villa, was very helpful and kept in touch well before and during the trip. The Villa was well laid out with space for us all, good amenities, well equipped, was clean and in a fantastic spot on the beach.
