On beautiful Island Kirk in first line of houses on the water with stunning views of the sea and marvelous landscape Villa Sunset Punat is sure to impress. A pattern of beach theme appears on all three levels of modern interior. Two living areas are at your disposal with a contemporary fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a comfortable lounge on the ground level, with access to the pool terrace. The second lounge with a smaller kitchen as well as the ensuite bedrooms are on the upper levels. Sea views can be enjoyed from all the bedrooms and each floor contains a balcony with seating area, best for enjoying sunsets. Outdoor deck leads to a large 40 m² pool, sun loungers and garden furniture with umbrellas providing shade on warmer days. BBQ is provided for your enjoyment. A beach is a mere 50m away.
Twelve adults are comfortably accommodated in six bedrooms.

Perfektes Haus für Gruppen (wir waren zu neunt), oder für Familien. Uns gefiel besonders, dass jedes Zimmer sein eigenes Bad hat. Auch der Außenbereich (Terrasse, Pool usw.) waren super. Die Lage (Nähe zum Strand, Bäckereien, Restaurants, Eis usw.) ist eigentlich nicht zu toppen. 100 % Weiterempfehlung von uns :)

Das Haus ist super mit wunderbarer Aussicht direkt auf das Meer und ganz in der Nähe zu kleinen Städtchen und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Haus und Grundstück sind absolut phantastisch gelegen, sehr großzügig mit viel Platz drinnen und draußen...:-)))

We were a group of 9 including 4 children ages 4, 6, 7 and 10. The villa was perfect with plenty of space for all of us inside and out. The pool was gorgeous and deep enough for everyone to enjoy. The Beach that is just in front of the villa was nice and easy to walk to. We hired a small motor boat to explore the bay. We all really enjoyed our holiday.
