The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house built in 1998, was renovated in 2017 and is furnished in a typical country style. The property is located in a residential area. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: children's playground and swing. Washing machine on request at the landlord for a fee.

Rovinj, district Centener. The holiday apartement is located on a 800 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. In the same house there are holiday apartments IST ROV 449 (5 persons) and IST ROV 450 (5 persons) Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 5 cars) is available on the property and in a parking lot in the village (distance 50 m).

Bedroom with 1 single bed and access to the terrace (covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 2 chairs). Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the terrace (covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 3 chairs). Bedroom with 1 single bed. Kitchen with electric stove (2 plates), extractor hood, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Hallway. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
