The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is furnished in the typical local style. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular because of the view from the property of the sea and the quiet and sunny location by the water. Available for shared use are: barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Starigrad (Senj). The holiday apartment is located on a 100 sqm open garden plot with lawn and flowers. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) in the garage and on the property.

Pharmacy, bank, post office, various shops, supermarkets and a petrol station in Senj - 30 km. Airport on Krk - 90 km. In summer: Adriatic Sea 5 m in Starigrad (beach 5 m in Starigrad with stones, rocks and bathing platforms). Tennis, mini golf, horse riding, diving each 30 km in Senj. Fishing, boat rental, mooring each 5 m in Starigrad.
