The holiday apartment is located in a semi-detached house built in 1982, was renovated in 2018, and is furnished in the typical local style and functional manner. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Žaborić, 12 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on a 180 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally, but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Eine schöne Wohnung mit allem was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt, die Terasse ist des Absolute Highlight der Blick ist einfach fantastisch.
Der Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit wir kommen sehr gerne wieder zum nächsten Urlaub.
