Our apartment consists of kitchen with dining room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and 2 balconies with sea view.
It is equipped with air conditioning, Sat Tv and wireless internet.
In yard, in front of the house we have parking place and behind the house there is a grill and outdoor furniture. In house, also on the 1st floor we have one more apartment for 4 persons, so we could accommodate 2 families or a group of friends.
We have a capacity for a total of 8 persons. Location of the house is on the border between 2 places: Preko and Kali. Preko is the transport and administrative centre of the island Ugljan.
It is a famous tourist place with nice promenade by the sea, more different beaches and a good restaurant offer. Kali is a place of the most famous fishermen on the Adriatic.
It is exceptionally particular because of the two little ports that are full of fishing-boats and fishermen who are on the pier, occupied with patching up their fishing nets. In recent years Kali has become a tourist destination with nice beaches and a good gastronomic offer. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.

After a few years another visit to Mireille and her family and we will come back again! Just a few steps from the Ferry to Zadar with a privat sun and bathing location, salad and potatoes from the garden, luggage transport to the Ferry while it was raining Cas and dogs…

So easy to reach after arriving by ferry. Right on the sea where we had balcony views of Zadar and the mountains behind. We found some great beaches on Ugljan and there were some lovely places to eat 10 mins walk away in Preko marina. The accommodation was really clean and modern and our hosts were lovely.

フェリー乗り場から徒歩5分の静かで平穏な海沿いにあるアパルトマンでした。部屋からは美しいアドリア海を見渡すことができ、部屋のどこにいても波音や船の音が聞こえてとても心地よかったです。 目の前のビーチで泳いだり、寛いだりする時間も至福のひととき。 キッチンツールは一通り揃っており、徒歩圏内のハイパーマーケットで食材を調達して自炊することもできます。 シャンプーやボディーソープはないので持参するか現地調達する必要があります。ドライヤーはありました。 清潔感のある素敵な宿です。100%オススメします！また戻ってきたいです！
