This beautiful stone villa is located in Pridraga, a quiet place 30 km away from Zadar and 5 km from Novigrad.
Here you can enjoy the beautiful beaches that surround you, just 5 minutes by car from the villa. This Mediterranean stone villa is built in a traditional way and decorated in a modern style.
It is surrounded by a high stone wall and provides complete privacy.
Right at the start, you will be welcomed by a spacious courtyard with a children’s playground and an outdoor barbecue with a covered dining area.
There is also a large swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasol.
The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen.
In addition to the outdoor barbecue, villa Kamen also offers an indoor barbecue with a dining area.

Die Villa hat alles was man braucht und super sauber
Zwei Schlafräume waren ohne Klimaanlage. Die Villa liegt leider sehr abgelegen und man muss alles erfahren. Nach Zadar fährt man zwischen 35-45 min.
