Villa Perla Blu is a brand new villa, listed in January 2020. with amazing sea views from every corner of the property offers very comfortable accommodation for 8 people.
Located in a small and picturesque village Pisak offering all you need within walking distance, only 10km from Brela, a famous tourist place with many restaurants and beautiful beaches, also only 17km far from Omiš and Cetina river.
Perla Blu is well equipped and modern 190 sqm villa with all you and your family need for a very comfortable stay.
Amazing sea views and pebble beach is only 50m from the villa and open fruit market next to the villa.
The quiet and typical Mediterranean environment gives you a special relaxing feeling. The ground floor level offers a well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need for a comfortable stay, a spacious living room with TV, A/C, PS4, sofa, dining area for 8, and a balcony with amazing sea views.
There is also a family bathroom with a shower and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
From the dining room, you can approach a lounge area on the west side of the villa. The first floor offers a Master bedroom No1 with a king-size bed 180x200, TV, A/C, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and a balcony with amazing sea views.
Bedroom No2 with king-size bed 180x200 (can separate into 2 single beds), TV, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower, and a balcony with amazing sea views.
Bedroom No3 with 2 single beds 90x200 (can connect into king-size), A/C, TV, en-suite bathroom with shower. The lower ground floor offers a Bedroom No4 with a king-size bed 160x200, TV, A/C, and a direct approach to the pool area.
There is also a summer kitchen with a lounge corner with a TV and a family bathroom with a shower. The outdoor area offers a private, heated swimming pool 4m x 4m (16sqm), 6 sun deck chairs, a Jacuzzi, covered dining area for 8 pax with an electric barbecue, a lounge corner for relaxing, and an outdoor shower.

Villa Perla Blu is specially designed for family or friend relaxing holiday, conveniently located only 50m to the beach, 100m from minimarket, and the restaurant and a bar. It's close enough to charming, small Mediterranean town Brela (10km) Omiš and Cetina river (17km) where you can enjoy in many activities like Zip-line or rafting, also close to famous town Split (40km) and Makarska Riviera (24km) with amazing beaches (half hour drive) and yet a perfect location if you simply want to spend your time relaxing in the pool, away from all and listening to the crickets surrounded with Mediterranean plants! The beach in Mimice and the local area is very clean and warm, feel free to explore the local area.
Pisak offers all the peace, quiet and privacy that guest may need for a compleat vacation.
