This is the ideal accommodation for bigger families or friends who want to spend time together for a vacation, explore what this part of Croatia offers, and then again have total privacy in separate apartments. The villa consists of 5 apartments offered as one unit to one bigger group, it can accept a maximum of 18 persons (12 in beds and 6 on sofa beds). On the GROUND FLOOR is a large playroom with billiards, table tennis, table football, darts, and two toilets. OUTDOOR: Between the first and second floors there is an exit from the hall toward a covered, spacious outdoor dining area for the whole group with a barbecue and summer kitchen, from here you are approaching the pool and sundeck area.

On the SECOND FLOOR are the same disposition, Apartment No.3, and Apartment No.4, each with a bedroom (double bed) with a balcony, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with living & dining area, and sofa bed, direct exit on the terrace also on the south side with sea views. The THIRD FLOOR offers spacious Apartment No 5. with 2 bedrooms with double beds, one with an exit on a balcony.
There is also a media room with 3 sofa beds for four guests (one double and two single), and a big TV with PlayStation.
From the media room, you have a direct exit to a huge terrace.
There are also two bathrooms with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and an exit to a huge terrace with outdoor furniture, 3 deckchairs, and amazing, panoramic sea views. Small, Mediterranean town Omis, with beautiful beaches and entertainment, is nearby. You can visit the famous town Split which has a lot to offer, the old part and Diocletian palace protected by UNESCO, it takes you approximately 40 min drive to get there, and it is worth it. You can also visit Makarska or even park of nature Biokovo which is above town Makarska.
There is a possibility for a boat trip to island Brač, you can also try rafting on river Cetina (not too rough) or amazing Zip-line over the canyon of the river Cetina, a lot of possibilities to make your holidays more interesting. Or you can walk in the old part of the place Lokva Rogoznica in the mountain and enjoy an amazing view all the time while walking.

Wir waren vier Familien und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus war sehr schön und wie beschrieben. Die Vermieter waren hilfsbereit und haben super Tipps gegeben. Schön war auch, dass der Pool zwischendurch einmal gereinigt wurde. Sie waren zurückhaltend und nicht aufdringlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Das WLAN war nicht gut. Hatte aber auch etwas schönes entschleunigt zu werden ;)

Seemed nice at first, friendly owner…
After a few days we realized that most of the showers were broken and that there were bed bugs (pharmacy confirmed it). Also, the owner showed up unannounced every day!! So we did not have privacy at all, felt controlled and watched. Would not recommend booking!
