CKO451 on the first floor is spacious and has a covered terrace from which you can enjoy a marvellous panoramic view.
CKO452 and 655 are smaller and are located on the ground floor.
The tasteful furnishings offer guests maximum comfort.
Even though the holiday apartments are located on a hillside, it is possible to walk to the sea, or go by car if you want to visit other tourist places such as Opatija or Moenika Draga.
In Iii there is a well-known marina and restaurants.
On the property there are covered parking spaces, shared garden furniture and a barbecue.

Die Ferienwohnung war toll, Sandra ist eine super nette Vermieterin.
Es war alles sauber als wir gekommen sind. Das Einzige Manko für uns war, daß die Wohnung sehr im Berg liegt und wir schlecht zu Fuß sind. Daher müssten wir leider überall mit dem Auto hin und die Parkplätze in Icici sind rar
Ansonsten würden wir diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Sandra empfangen. Für 2 Personen reicht die Wohnung völlig aus. Sehr schön ist das Grundstück mit dem Grillplatz, wo wir gern gefrühstückt haben. Schön ist, dass eine Waschmaschine vorhanden ist. Der Abstieg zum Hafen bzw. wieder nach oben, ist anstrengend, aber zu schaffen. Die Uferpromenade ist sehr empfehlenswert. Man kann stundenlang laufen.

Ruhig gelegen. Uriges, geräumiges Landhaus mit toller individueller Einrichtung. Geräumige Küche mit guter Küchenausstattung. Gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Sauna und Tauchbecken sowie Kamin. Guter und freundlicher Service/Ansprechpartner. Kräuter zum Kochen wachsen im Garten. Viele Tiere (Kühe, Hühner, Katzen). Ideal auch für Hundehalter oder für eine Familie mit Kind/ern.
