Das Grundstück ist komplett eingefriedet und mit einem automatischen Tor ausgestattet, Parkplätze befinden sich innerhalb der Mauer. Sehr ruhige und zentrale Lage, mit dem Auto sind alle Ortschaften unter einer halben Stunde erreichbar.
Wunderbarer Garten mit zwei Terrassen, Gasgrill und einem 5x8m Pool inkl Whirlliege.
Das Haus ist in einem sehr sauberen Zustand und klimatisiert.
