Villa Rozana is a luxury waterfront villa (5 m from the sea) with a beautiful beach and crystal clear sea, located in Croatia, heart of Adriatic coast, in the beautiful town called Seget Vranjica (quiet getaway place with spectacular nature).
It was built far away from any traffic noise, providing a peaceful and picturesque vacation.
The villa is located only 8 km from Split airport, 6 km from Trogir town (part of Unesco heritage), 30 km from city of Split (also part of Unesco heritage. The villa is close enough to charming, energetic towns where you can sip a leisurely espresso and sit in the sun, and yet it is the perfect runaway place if you want to spend your time relaxing by the sea, away from it all. The villa has got ground floor and 2 floors. Apartment is located on the middle floor.
Size of the apartment is 100 square meters. It has 3 rooms with a double bed, 3 bathroom, kitchen with living room and 2 smaller and one big balcony with a sea view. Outside is free parking for the car and Bbq in the garden. Our guests have a private boat berth on disposal as well. The property encompasses lush gardens with fruit trees, and paved areas which give direct access to the beach, where you can sunbathe, swim, and sail.

Lovely communication- Rozana was so helpful 💕
We enjoyed the local food , especially at konobar ribar where they really looked after us.
The apartment was just right and we also managed to make the most of the shated BBQ

Die Lage ist einfach nur Traumhaft, die Unterkunft weißt einige Mängel auf die mit den Jahren erneut werden müssten. Bettmatratze,Stuhlsitzkissen,Couch usw.

Wir waren Mitte Mai hier, Wetter war sehr angenehm, super Lage für Ruhe u Entspannung. Im Haus war alles ruhig, Wohnung ist klein aber ausreichend, ein kleiner Balkon für 2 P. Lokale/ Beachbar in der Nähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto kein Problem. Strand und Meer ideal vor der Tür.
