Villa Rozana is a luxury waterfront villa (5 m from the sea) with a beautiful beach and crystal clear sea, located in Croatia, heart of Adriatic coast, in the beautiful town called Seget Vranjica (quiet getaway place with spectacular nature).
It was built far away from any traffic noise, providing a peaceful and picturesque vacation.
The villa has got 6 apartments. Renovated in 2014, this luxury apartment consists of 2 large bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, modern kitchen, living room and private terrace with a direct sea view.
Size of the apartment is 70 square meters. The property encompasses lush gardens with fruit trees, and paved areas which give direct access to the beach, where you can sunbathe, swim, and sail.
